I am intrinsically motivated to leave behind a better world and inspire positive change. I am a real people-person, and enjoy paying my knowledge and expertise forward.

As a professional generalist with a PhD in innovation strategy, my specialties include; business development, marketing, project management, stakeholder management, and community/ecosystem engagement across government, industry, academia and community. My passion lies in Biotech, Pharma, Clean tech, Green tech, and Circular Economy. Currently supplementing my skills with Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).

On the side I am always learning and striving to improve myself. I am environmentally conscious consumer and like to challenge myself to learn new skills. This has resulted in the following projects; Ever Evi (online store offering environmentally friendly and zero waste products and lifestyle blog), Esther Sophia (self-publishing books and online courses) and Eviza Tribe (closed project, selling upcycled leather handbags through social media). In each case I learn new skills about visual design, social media algorithms, sales-funnels, SEO, marketing, communication, setting-up ecommerce stores, contracts (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy), sales and tax.
